Brazil

I received my nursing degree from Federal University of São Paulo in 2010, with post-graduation in quality management and patient safety by SENAC. Prior to joining the Angels Initiative, I worked for 4 years in intensive care units of public and private hospitals and had experience in homecare as well as a technical representative of a private clinic.

I joined the Angels Initiative because I believe we can change the reality of stroke in Brazil and in the world. For me, the initiative means influencing, even indirectly, the quality of care of these patients receive, thereby giving them and their relatives a second chance in life.

I hope to train and assist the stroke centers of my region, so that, all together, we can reduce the patients affected and incapacitated by the disease.
