Rika graduated from Pembangunan National University, Indonesia, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
She joined the pharmaceutical industry as a medical representative for respiratory products and continued her career as marketing services executive for the respiratory, cardiovascular and metabolic division. Experience gained through multiple assignments in marketing has taught her the importance of a patient-centric approach, and how her work impacts patients’ lives.
Rika says she was extremely excited to join the Angels Initiative as Stroke Care Program Specialist in November 2017.
“Indonesia has a high burden of stroke; it is the number one cause of death in our country. I am committed to generating change and helping institutions to treat stroke patients in a timely and optimal manner.
“I hope more patients in Indonesia will get a second chance in life through the legacy of the Angels Initiative.”
