Alessandra has a master’s degree in administration. She is a trained nurse with specializations in Therapy, Labour Nursing and Health Audit. She began her career as a nurse in adult and pediatric CTIs, consolidating her clinical base.

She has worked in the medical, healthcare and commercial areas, with a focus on commercial consultancy and scientific promotion in the pharmaceutical and hospital sectors.  She has served as senior medical consultant in the areas of CNS, pain, cardiology and neurology, gaining experience of specializes visits, market analysis and demand management, leading regional plans and participating in scientific events to strengthen the institutional presence with physicians and society.  She has also held product specialist roles in medical technologies and coordinated areas of quality, patient safety and continous education in a large hospital institution.

Alessandra joined the Angels Initiative because she believes in the impact of rapid, qualified assistance in stroke cases. She says, “The possibility of transforming lives with structured improvements in hospital processes and team training motivated me to contribute to a more efficient and humane health system. Being part ofthe Angels Initiative means being in a global movement that not only saves lives, but also gives back integrity, autonomy and hope to millions of patients and their families. It is a commitment toexcellence, to the continuous education of frontline professionals and to the construction of care networks that work in practice. My goal is to broaden the scope of the project, help reduce the response time to stroke, make training more effective, and improve clinical outcomes. More than numbers, we seek reclaimed life stories. If we manage to do this together, we will be fulfilling one of the most noble missions of medicine: to save lives with quality and dignity.”
