Esther Redondo

Spain

Esther started working in community pharmacy while earning her Pharmacy degree at Complutense University of Madrid, then began her career in the medical affairs department working closely with key opinion leaders. Pursuing an opportunity for professional and personal growth, she moved to Sydney where she expanded her understanding of the healthcare sector during two years as a Clinical Pharmacist.

Returning to Madrid she completed a master’s degree in Clinical Trial Monitoring while working in medical operations and later in clinical trial management for Phase IV treatments. The experience equipped her with a 360-degree view of the drug’s lifecycle and a deep understanding of the impact of marketed medications on the population.

Joining the Angels Initiative is an opportunity to continue with her passion for healthcare and her strong belief that stroke patients’ quality of life can be improved. Having experienced the effect of stroke in her own family, Esther welcomes the opportunity to work with her colleagues to make an impact and bring about change.
