Dr. Radha Malon is dedicated to improving stroke patient outcomes through collaboration and system-level change. She joined Boehringer Ingelheim Malaysia as an Angels Consultant in June 2023, and has since played a key role in advancing stroke care across the country.
She has worked closely with hospitals, emergency services, and national stakeholders to strengthen stroke pathways, support the development of stroke-ready hospitals, and improve stroke treatment quality—contributing to the achievement of the first Angels Region in Malaysia. She also leads initiatives such as the FAST Heroes campaign to raise stroke awareness in the community and drives national efforts to enhance pre-hospital stroke care.
In December 2025, Dr. Radha was promoted to Stroke Care Programme Manager / Angels Team Leader for Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia (MSI). In this role, she continues to lead regional efforts to build sustainable, high-quality stroke systems and make a lasting difference in patients’ lives.
