Ferenc Molnár is a paramedic and researcher at the Hungarian National Ambulance Service (OMSZ), where he leads scientific work in prehospital care. He holds a PhD in interdisciplinary medical sciences, with disaster medicine as his primary field, and has published research on emergency medical systems, 3D‑printed medical devices, and critical interventions. His recent analysis of more than 80,000 cases demonstrated the impact of Angels collaboration on EMS quality indicators in Hungary, contributing to the country’s world‑first achievement of diamond status in the EMS Angels Awards across all regions. Driven by both perfectionism and idealism, he is dedicated to improving outcomes for stroke and trauma patients and advancing prehospital science for future generations.
