It is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), and upon successful completion, participants will receive 15.5 European CME Credits.
All course content has been reviewed and updated by the Angels International Nurse Task Force in 2025 to ensure clinical relevance and quality.

Course Objective:
The primary objective of this course is to improve your understanding of stroke types, causes, and risk factors, and to equip you with the skills needed to manage various complications and rehabilitation processes associated with stroke. By the end of this course, you will be proficient in recognizing and addressing acute neurological emergencies, implementing therapeutic care techniques, and applying evidence-based practices in stroke care.

Course Structure:
The course consists of 20 modules, each focusing on a specific area of stroke patient care. Topics include medical background, neurocritical care, therapeutic care basics, nursing process and diagnosis, and quality management. Within the modules you will find practical case studies and exercises to reinforce learning to ensure you can apply the knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Course Duration:
The total duration of the course is 16 hours. We recommend studying for 30-60 minutes each day to complete the course within a reasonable timeframe.

Course Certificate:
To earn the course certificate and receive 15.5 European CME Credits, you must successfully complete all modules and associated tests, achieving a minimum pass mark of 80%. You may retake the tests if necessary. Upon completion, you will be able to track your progress and download your certificate.
