About this training
Welcome to "CT-Simulation with E-Aspects", a virtual CT simulation training course designed to improve your CT interpretation skills using various CT scan examples from clinical practice in the e-ASPECTS software. This interactive training tool has been proven to increase sensitivity in identifying early signs of ischemic damage by as much as 50%.
We recommended that you complete the CT Imaging course either before or in parallel to this course, as it provides a consistent approach to CT interpretation and introduces you to the e-Aspects® training tool.
Note that the training tool will open in a different browser tab. When you are done with the training, close the tab and go back to the page to continue and save your progress. Please be aware that you can change the language through your profile settings in the tool itself if needed.
Course Objective:
The primary objective of this course is to support healthcare professionals in becoming skilled in CT interpretation. By using e-Aspects® software as a training tool, you will learn to implement a standardized process that will enhance your interpretive skills. You will see the results of your work instantly, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments to your method.
Course Structure:
In the e-Aspects® training tool, you will be able to practice your skills on 80 CT scan cases:
• The first 10 cases are unprocessed cases to establish your baseline skill level.
• Next there are 60 practice scans for which you will see the solutions after submitting your result.
• After practicing with the 60 WOW scans, the system will present you with the 10 baseline cases again, albeit in a different order, to ascertain how much your skill level has improved.
Course Duration:
The total duration to complete all cases is 20 hours.
Course Certificate:
To receive the certificate, it is necessary to complete the simulation training. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of completion, acknowledging your proficiency in CT interpretation using e-Aspects®.
